Feeling pulse
From a few days i feel my pulse when i lay down or sit with my back rested. I feel like my whole body feels the pulse beating. The pulse is not fast or abnormal and i don't feel it always but sonetimes. Mostly on the hips or back of head.

My grandmother aged 81 has been experiencing bouts of palpitations, shortness of breath usually during night. Her ECG is attached. She has history of COPD, Heart Failure with LVEF 65 percent, CKD Stage 4 and Hypothyroidism. Her blood work including electrolyte, tsh, hemoglobin is normal.
