Heart Problems & Remedies

When i suddenly get angry or i get into a argument and i get excited i feel heavyness behind my head and a heaviness in my left side and i start feeling lightness and uneasy. I then start having anxiety that am i damaging my heart or my bp is causing any problem because i am getting angry. Is it normal to feel like this when we get angry or excited

My father used to take medicine for high suger and cholesterol. Two days back suddenly at dawn while doing latrine he has too much tireness and uneasiness. After few mins he slept but was having too much uneasiness and weaknesses. Have done few blood test and echo cardiography. Have seen high suger measurements with high cholesterol. In echo it is mild concentric lvh and rest is normal. Is there very serious here?

After how much time of workout i can say my heart rate becomes rasting heart rate. My resting heart rate is 54-56 but after exercise it immidiatly doesn't come to that.

I used to always play sports and swim. But 4 years back i saw a heart attack death in my relative and few months back i saw a 30 year old athelete have cardiac arrest. Now i can't do anything freely. I feel i should not at all work my heart too much. I regularly check my pulse. At this age i went and did a echo and ecg the doctor said i have a"  first class heart" still i am anxius. Is there any chance that if the echo is normal still i may have some hidden by birth heart disease. Or can i work out freely and push my body

Respected Doctor, I took echo test some days ago, I have attached the report. Kindly tell if there is any abnormality in my heart. I have chest pain(not severe) sometimes sonce a year and tight chest too, sometimes short of breath. Thank you for your time.

My sister got covid and I was exposed to her but was asymptomatic..one doctor told me to take hcq400 due to which I got palpitations and sweating in the left hand..next day as I had to continue taking medicines for covid I took azithromycin that too half tablet as I had lost belief in doctors...then I had to go to the hospital as I got chest stiffness and heart stopping feeling..they told me to sit down and wait for sometime after which I was fine, but couldn't sleep as I had an anxiety that heart would stop if I slept developed by the one and only HCQ400, then next day I got sudden breathlessness for 5 seconds, had no medical knowledge was helpless and joined hospital. Breathlessness was due to hcq400 again(got PACs on ecg. In hospital they played with by giving all the medications for covid from clexane, Dexa inj, remedesivir to limcee and optineuron. I was tested negative, but was asymptomatic throughout didn't even feel a thing of covid. It was the medicines which spoiled me!!

Since last 4 years I have been feeling like my heart skips a beat or fluttering once a time.. But since last few days i m feeling very consistently, and every time I feel anxious. No other symptoms happen except anxiety. Please guide.

I was suffering from acute GERD. GERD is almost in control now but I'm having the left side chest pain and back pain for like two months, same time for gerd also. Is this pain related to heart or gerd? Whenever i lie down I feel more pain in chest
