Heart Problems & Remedies

Hello doctors, My dad (58years) is having diabetic and hypertension for past several years and he is on continuous medication. Below are the list of tablets he is taking everyday. I am more concerned about clopidogrel. Please kindly review and advise whether he can take covid vaccine? Are there any precautions to take? Any vaccine preference? 1. pioglitazone hydrochloride 2. Olemar 40am 3. atorvastatin calcium and clopidogrel capsule 4. Beplex forte 5. metformin hydrochloride prolonged release and glimepiride He nowadays getting leg pain frequently and sometimes blood sugar goes to 60 and feeling dizzy.

My mom has low pulse rate. 47 48 50, now she is taking tablet of orcibest, now she has approx 58 to 60 pulse rate. She has medical history, she has gone through breast cancer treatment 20 years back. And in April 2021 she had a Covid. She has taken covishield vaccine in June. Post COVID she was having approx 105 pulse rate but since one week it is getting decreased. What could be done the reason for low pulse rate. Is it cure by medicine?

I have a chest pain since 2 months after mild Covid. Recently providing All test Xray , CT scan, ECG are all normal but I have chest pain all time ,no heavyness , chest pain sometimes left sometime right, is that a heart problem ? I have no breathing issue ,no fever ,doing 6 min walk test it's 450meters. Chest pain is very uncomfortable I can't concentrate on my work always feeling like is going something wrong on my chest or heart. I have attached my ECG and CT scan report kindly look into it and give me some suggestions .Please help

My father aged had suffered heart attack 10 years ago Present LVEF is 28 % Average BP 120/70 Average Pulse  70 Average Sugar Fasting 110 Average Sugar Random 130 Average O2 97-98 Present medication is As Tab Cidmus 50 MgBD Tab Brilinta 60 Mg BD Tab Ativas 40 Mg OD Tab Oxra 10 Mg OD My main concern is Tab Cidmus 50 he is ok with medicine but occasionally have light headedness Any alternative to Tab Cidmus 50 Previously he was on Tab Telmisartan 20 mg but treating cardiologist changed the medicine citing reason that it is not safe to take this during covid

My mother has heart problem. We had to do angioplasty on 2017. Now she is normal. But when ever she took medicines for any pain, she fell week and last time she became senseless. So she afraid to take covid vaccine. Can she take it or not?

I have minor chest pain to the left. but it circulate all over the left & center part of the chest. so I have done ecg & eco. but both the test find good. no problem. so doctor give me acidic medicine. but i haven't find any relief yet. please suggest me whom I have consult.

I recently bought a oximeter..I checked once while rest it was 95bpm 99spO2 and 7 PI% but after exercising a little bit I checked again and it was 130bpm 99spO3 and 2 PI%..I have a history of palpitations and panic attacks so my HR goes as high as 180 while exercising sometimes I had all tests few months ago and they came back normal the only thing that bothers me is why my PI% so low while higher bpms..can docs explain me this?thank you
