I am suffering with atrial fibrillation for last 6 months due to hyperthyroidism. I am taking blood thinner eliquis 5 mg twice a day, Dilzium SR 90 mg twice a day, telmisartan (Eritel 40 mg) twice a day and petril 0.50 mg before sleeping. When my thyroid is in normal limit then bp n pulse also gets in normal limit. Although I have been taking these medicines continously for 6 months. When my thyroid was controlled, then I asked my cardiologist if medicines can be reduced, and he reduced Dilzium 90 mg from twice a day to once a day and also reduced eritel 40 mg from twice a day to once a day. It again increased my bp n pulse and i had to consult again and they again increased . My questions: 1:  Do I have to take blood thinner and bp/pulse medicines for whole life? 2: can these medicines be stopped or decreased if thyroid gets stable? 3: Is atrial fibrillation a heart disease and is there any risk of heart attack. My ecg, echo was normal. 4: Are pulse n bp related, both increase

My mother,56, recovered from covid a month ago. She had pneumonia and was on steroid 8mg course for 17 days and 10 days rrb blood thineer 10mg once day. She still have very low blood pressure of 90-94/ 60-64 range. Her heart beat always above 90 but less than 100 at rest. Fever keep fluctuating between 98 to 99.5 through out a day. She drinks plenty of fluids including glucon D, nimbu pani, tea, milk and normal water combined more than 3 litre a day. No sugar or hypertension. I would like to know what is the main reason behind it and does it realted to any heart condition?

I am covid recovering patient. For past few days I am getting continuous yawning for 5 to 10 mins before sleep and sometimes during day time. Pulseoximeter shows pulse rate 110 to 120 and sometimes below 100. I have no fever, shivering or chest pain. My covid doctor said this may be due to stress or anxiety. Any suggestions please.

Diagnosed with high bp 170/100 on 19 , 05.21 Started with Telma am one tablet daily. There was almost no improvement for 10 days and also started having sleeplessness . Changed tablets as follows 1. Telwake treo Morning 2. Torcilin 10 Evening As insomnia aggravates started taking anxit. 25 daily since last 4 days. Kindly guide 1. BP is in good control now. 2. How to get rid is anxit. 25. 3. Meditation and yoga already doing. 4. Is it due to enlarged prostate? 5. With silodosin urine problem is not there

My father is having low BP 90/63 in morning while waking up and pulse rate 105 or 115. It stays for 15 minutes each morning. Then it's normal for whole day. Is it a matter of concern? Do we have to take any precautions?

It's been a month my wife recovered from covid. But her pulse rate is still 100+ all the time. Sometimes reaches upto 125. We got the ECG done ECG is normal but showing increased heartbeat. On Doctor advice took CIPLAR 10 for 6 days once a day. But no improvement in pulse rate. Please suggest, If this is normal ? Or should we consult with Cardio ?  Any medication or remedies ?

Dear Doctor, Can u suggest me the substitute of Hizide M Cap Because this tablet is not available in market. My father is a heart patient, and AIIMS Doctor Mr Sandeep Mishra suggested this tablet. And what about lycopene gold Cap, if it can replace Hizide M, then any better option for it.

Hi sir, I got abnormal report in ECG. In interpretation it is 1.sinus 2.R/S inversion area between V1 and V2
