Resting pulse rate
My husbands resting pulse rate during the day is 60-65, however while sleeping it goes as low as 50-53 , is it a cause of concern, he has no comorbidities and takes no medication

That is perfectly normal , if that doesn’t happen ur husband would be labelled as poor heart rate variability

It is absolutely normal. During sleep heart rate can go upto 35-40
