I am having a lite chest pain for past 1 week. The pain is very low and will be for few seconds , sometime on right chest and sometimes on left but majorly on left side, body pain is there but no breathing issues...what causes this ? Will it be muscle pain or heart related issues

What does it mean bronchovascular markings seen in the right paracardiac region. It was found in the chest x-ray. Please tell me what does it mean or is it serious?

I had my lipid profile done which showed total cholesterol at 160 but VLDL above 30. Also, my triglycerides were 248 which was higher than the limit. However i am not sure if triglycerides also cause heart disease and how severe is chances if getting heart problems with vldl? One doctor nearby me told that tryglycerides are not a worrisome criteria for evaluating heart problems. Is it right? Also, how much heart blockage will happen if a sedentary lifestyle with total cholesterol of 400 is there for 6 consecutive years? The age is 30 and weight is 70, height is 5'7". Thanks

Hello Doctors, I am 27 yrs old and diagnosed covid positve two months back. I am still having long covid syndromes like chest pressure/pain, sometimes breathlessness (mostly at night),  high pulse rate ( avg resting 145 ) high bp ( 155/96) , borderline low tsh levels and high cholestrol. My Ecg report is normal but not sure why I am having persistenlty high pulse rate post covid. Currently I am taking beta blocker ciplar la 40. I am on this medicine since past 2 months now. With the medicine my pulse rate comes to normal. But if there is any gap, again the resting pulse rate spikes to around 170. Can you please suggest some tests which will help me to get the correct treatment for my symptoms and faster recovery.

Chest pain since 8 month at a single isolated location. Gone through the medicine for lowering lipid levels and achieve results for so but the pain is coming suddenly after gap of 1 or 2 week.

I had mild covid took azethromycin and other multivitamins for 2 weeks post covid i realised my heart rate is normal than usual at resting time around 110 all the time, sometimes after normal day to day work its reaching around 135 Something i feel little pain in left side of the chest, Checked BP as well 1 time it was 140/80 and after 4 days again i checked its reflecting as 135/92 around, Pls guide me is it normal or i should take any treatment.

My lipid profile is LDL cholesterol 33 mg/dl HDL 30.83 Total cholesterol 73 Triglycerides. 92 Is my LDL is too low , if yes then what I will have to do.

How can I increase my HDL cholesterol levels. My current HDL cholesterol level is 30.83 mg/dl. Please tell me the way

With all my listed heart issues can I take vaccination with high crp of 11.7, and already have mycordial bridging LAD by birth, recently 400 triglycerides, hb1ac 6.9. can I take vaccination or do I undergo any other test before. Or do I need to reduce my cholesterol or crp first And which vaccination will suit me. I am not on any medications , I don't take any medicine. Kindly suggest Thanks Mamta

Post covid I am having high heart rate ( ~150 ), high bp (155/96)  and squeezing pressure pain in left side of chest, elbow and fingers. Cardiologist suggested to do a 2d echo and stress test. But, I was on ciplar la 40 medication during both the tests and had informed the doctors/sisters also about the medicine. Both reports came normal .. but my concern is are those reports valid (specially the stress test)?  After one month, I am still having the above symptoms.
