Increased heart rate how to reduce heart beat increased because of tension taken it goes 160-180 sometime

Hello. Is 78/140 a normal bp or is it on a higher side. Does my father need any consultation or medication? P.s: he was a bit unwell when this reading was taken by the Dr(common cold)

When I measure my pulse through Pulse oxymeter it fluctuates. Sometimes it shows 83-84 and few seconds later it shows 95-98. I am taking corbis 2.5 for the past 10 days. My ECG and ECHO is normal. I had consulted a cardio after I recovered from COVID due to high pulse rate in the range of 120-122 at resting. I'm non alcoholic and non smoker.

Please let me know if ct angio report is normal or not? Ecg echo holter tmt also normal had mild chest pain.

Took hcq400 for corona got palpitations for 5 minutes and sweating on left hand, was Fine next day, then I went to the hospital and got PACS ectopic beats. It's been 7 months Getting anxious so can I go for the second by preloading beta blockers or there is no need ?

Felling chest pain when pressing. Sudden blood pressure increases at home 156/100 but when going to hospital it cames as 120/80 to 130/80 . Doctor just tell me that it may be due to tension or gas. But don't know why this is happening. Already low mood always and fatigue , haviness in right leg . Body pain here and there. Sometimes sudden headache comes back of head and goes within minutes. Sometimes feel head haviness and sometimes lightheaded. Please suggest what could be the reason.

Hi Doctor, my father has taken his first dose of covishield vaccine in May and now in a day or two he is due for his second dose. However, from news articles and several cases that say for precautionary, those on blood thinning medications should wait for now, we are afraid of rare but severe side effects of the dose. Plz throw some light. P.S we have recently lost an acquaintance after he took both doses and suffered blood clots in legs within two months along with fluid in lungs. The second dose reacted adversely on him. So we have similar fears.
