Consultation on blood report.

Question

Asked for Female, 62 Years

My mother has high BP and hernia right now. BP is usually 140/80-85. She has little bit high cretenin level and GFR is less. Attached is latest blood report. Just wanted a opinion on the same as she is going to take 1st dose of vaccine (Covaxin). So just wish to confirm all vitals are OK to go for vaccine.
