Heart Problems & Remedies

I am 18 years old, one month ago, i started with pinching pain in my left chest, which slowly spread to right side also. And became severe day by day. 15 days ago, I got ecg, chest x-ray, blood tests, d-dimer test, rt-pcr test done. All the reports were absolutely fine, only my vitamin D was deficient. I have no other problem other than some bowel problems. I am taking vitamin D supplements but then also till today I experience pinching pain in my chest atleast 2-3 times a day. The location of the pain keeps on changing in the chest, but most oftrn it is on the upper left side of the chest. Sometimes, the pain is severe and sometimes not. The pain lasts for 3-5 minutes. I also took gastric capsules(pan l) for 15 days but no releif! Kindly help.

Kindly suggest whether the elevated heart rate after first dose is normal? I usually have resting heart rate between 60 to 70. A day after covishield first dose taken, i am having it between 95 to 100. Is it normal?

His age is 61 ,having varicose veins since his age of 40... His body is used to it No such issue,except leg pain Bp and diabetic on medications. Hlo. I take sustameto 50 mg for fast heart rate n high blood pressure since 2 months... But this medicine has finished now and it is not available in any of my nearby store..n on Monday I have to go to out of staition.. the chemist gave me METOLAR XR 50 mg instead. Just wanted to know can I take this for 2 days? Is it safe !

I am having chest pain since around 3 weeks, sometimes its in left sometimes right, but i can rightly pin point it where is the pain happening, have consulted cardiologists 2-3 times, ecg,echo test were normal. But my heart palpitations have not decrease, with anxiety it increease i feel like my heart is in my hand or it.just a little beneath the skin and pounding like crazy, the pain is not continuous but i have it daily and decrease by its own, i have high cholesterol, high ldl, plus the pain is accompanied with gas, i dont know if its just heart burn or something else,should i have more test done? But the pain sometimes turn severe(happened only 2-3 times) but eases out on its own with bloating belching,i even had covid on 28 april, chest x ray was normal, i dont know if its anxiety induced,gas induced, or some heart related, but anxiety is killing me,the pain is aching if that makes sense like cramps. I am gas issue 27 april, plus continuous pulsation in abdomen (i am fat)

My LVEF is 62%. But lab physician told me that your Echo is may be better according to my age. My age is 28. Please comment on this issue.
