Heart Blockage & Low EF - Urgent
LVEF : 31% Impression: RCA shows mixed plaque in proximal aspect causing approx. 95% narrowing of vessel caliber. :OM2 shows soft plaques in proximal aspect causing approx. 95 % narrowing of vessel caliber. :D1 shows soft plaques in mid aspect causing approx. 90 % narrowing of vessel caliber. Need 2nd opinion. Stenting or Bypass???

Need to see the video before commenting. If the lesions are discrete & there is no history of diabetes Then preferably Stenting as EF is low
