Stopping met xl 50
Hi, I want to stop taking met xl 50 as one of my cardiologist said i dont have any medical conditions and having high blood pressure is because of anxiety. He asked me to make my system natural and stop taking medicines. I have been taking beta blockers for more than a month and half now. Pls suggest how to stop it. Thanks

You can stop it, if you have modified your lifestyle already. It us better to change the lifestyle & diet, reduce some pounds & then stop
