I met with an accident 10 days back and got wounded on my knees I still have pain in wound. I am disinfecting with dettol daily and applying Cipladine Ointment. I am taking Cefadroxyl 500mg and Aceclofenac 100 mg since 10 days. Doctor is saying skin debridement is required else wound will not heal. Is it compulsory to do this procedure or wound can heal naturally without doing it?

Next week I alm having Fibrodenoma surgery so doctor give me few test. In CBC test my hemoglobin is 8.6. and RBC also low. Previouly it was 9.5 I was taking Lupiheme tablet but still it decreasing.I have PCOS with heavy period. My doc change medicine and gave me orofer XT. Will it work? I am attaching my report. Hi Doctor, From last couple of weeks I have a slight pain near my left armpit area. Specially on the corner near the breast. Its like a pinchy pain when I move or bend specially. Also the pain is at time above the breast. I have taken enough gastro medicines but still the issue has not been taken care of. Please advise proper cause and medication if possible. Good morning doctor I am from trivandram...working as an pc..moslty we go for night shifts... i got an street dog scratch last month and i go for Govt hospital I unndrgone 0 3 7 day dose ... but inbetween the last dose again i got an wound by dog...again i taken for 0 3 7 days dosages... later that i came to know that the vaccine is not required... but today early  morning while returning from the shift an street dog kept its mouth and i got an slight wound...the cut is not deepp..i washed with water...blood stopped and it looks like an small scratch..what should I do now doctor...

Hi My child suffers from biliary atresia and she is 14 months old, we couldnt recognise the problem in her early months and now her liver got large in shape and she is also suffering from a high level of total bilirubin. Good morning doctor...i am undergoing arv dosages in government hospital.and my last dosage is there on sept 15..while i am undergoing dosages i got an another bite from unknown stray dog and the wound is small..i just washed with soap and water and went to govt hsptl they said continue the balnce dosages...is there any time duration of arv vaccine in our body... how many days the vaccine will be there in our body.. I am asking because ..for one dog bite we are undergoing 4 dosages... why are we not undergoing any dosages inbetween the 7th day and 28th dosage...is there balance 28th day one dose is enough for that another bite?i am confused and depressed...my sleep is disturbing.. please give me some consult and guidance..
