Injury on Knees
I met with an accident 10 days back and got wounded on my knees I still have pain in wound. I am disinfecting with dettol daily and applying Cipladine Ointment. I am taking Cefadroxyl 500mg and Aceclofenac 100 mg since 10 days. Doctor is saying skin debridement is required else wound will not heal. Is it compulsory to do this procedure or wound can heal naturally without doing it?

This wound has slough, requires debridement. If you are nervous about debridement will cause bleed and pain , you can undergo painless chemical debridement.
Next Steps
consult general surgeon.
