Keloid formation due to injury on knee
I met with a small accident while riding a bicycle and injured my right knee. The doctor didn't stiched the would but just dressing was done. It took about 2 months for the wound to completely dry and now a keloid sort of formation appears at the place of wound ( it's now been 4months since injury). The uplifted skin patch pains even when slightly touched . What is the treatment for this?

You need to visit a surgeon first. And depending on what actually it is, he may advice you pressure garments, or local application of ointments (vitamin A, methotrexate, steroids), or infiltration of inj Kanacort, or surgery, or silicon gel sheets.
