There is small white color ball in my wound which is not coming out, is this something to worry about and how long it may take to heal this wound?

Wounds on the leg take a long time to heal where the blood supply is less when compared to those on face  which have rich vascularity.superficially your wound looks healthy but more info is needed for better management.
