My Hemoglobin and RBC low
Next week I alm having Fibrodenoma surgery so doctor give me few test. In CBC test my hemoglobin is 8.6. and RBC also low. Previouly it was 9.5 I was taking Lupiheme tablet but still it decreasing.I have PCOS with heavy period. My doc change medicine and gave me orofer XT. Will it work? I am attaching my report. Please help

If it is small Fibroadenoma no problem for surgery. But if it is large one, needs blood transfusion before surgery. For anemia furthur evaluation needed
