I have a lump on the back of my head and its does not pain..when I press it moves to other side..is it dangerous

Hi, I have lump in my thigh and forearm, it has been there for more than a year. Recently another lump has grown in the back. Neither of these are painful. Could you please help me to know that what could be the cause of these and what type of doctor shall I consult ? Thank you.

I'm suffering from chronic fissure and for past 6 months fissure start to heal then again worsens.(.I'm drinking plenty of water and artificial fiber to avoid constipation.so no constipation for maybe 3 months) I would like to remove posterior skin tag which becomes painful and swelled while fissure worsen.now i found 2 deep Grove like fissure on both side of skin tag ...Can it be removed without affecting fissure,? Also  lump like round thing (looks like an acne )on right anterior opening which is squishy and looks like filled with pus( not sure).It also swells and doctor told it is skin tag (texture is different than other skin tag.so I'm not sure about it).Should I have to remove it?If I removed is there any chance of coming again

Is it true that after hernia surgery a patient can't lift heavy weights throughout life because it can create complications and also increase chances of getting hernia again? And also it is often said that inguinal hernia surgery can also lead to problem of impotency in males. Is that true?

I underwent Proctocolectomy and IPAA in Nov 2019..I was having problem in passing stool thus the test was recommended.. Sir, Surgery was done for pilonidal sinus in March 2017. I have have some similar symptoms like some 1-2 drop of yello liquid , but opening of sinus is not visible. Please help to identify best Dr for this problem.
