General Surgery

It's now almost 2 months after my laparoscopy surgery of the stomach it's ok If I join the gym Now and can I lift heavy object like 30-40 kg?

I had HIV Elisa test three times in 6 months from March 24 2020. 1st time Elisa test was done on 5/6/2020(72 days from 24 March 2020) which came negative. 2nd time Elisa test was done on 23/7/2020(120 days) which came negative again. 3rd time Elisa test was done on 8/10/2020(200 days) that is after 6 months, which came negative again. Is it conclusive? Do I need to get tested again? Please explain

My mom started having SUDDEN severe abdominal pain and bile vomiting  we went to local hospital 1) Ultrasound : Fatty Liver, Mild Ascites, Left sided Minimal pleural effusion  and PROMINENT BOWEL LOOPS WITH LUMINAL CONTENTS AND REDUCED PERISTALSIS ~ Acute Bowel Obstruction LFT,KFT,CBC,LIPASE,AMYLASE were all good. She had ultrasound after 24 Years.( no history of surgery) 2) She was on IV Fluids for 24 Hours thank god her pain subsided and She passed gas , we got discharged in next 24 hours It's been 3 days home she is having very little food  like 1/5 of what she ate day before incident. Physician here isn't concerned much~ says it will improve in a week or so . My question is : I heard Ascites is not good condition? Is mild ascites is common with obstruction. ? Aur mild ascites should be tested further

I have hiatus hernia grade 2 and lak less before 3month back. Now I have a pain like heart burn, chest pain, esophageal area discomfort,bad breath , stomach ache. What is the permanent solution for this may I know , Plz let me know. Waiting for ur answer mam or sir pls let me know. I wann 90% cure from this plz

I have been having leg ache for quite some years now. I feel relief only if I shake my legs. While lying down, I have relief only if I raise my legs. I recently took ultra sound doppler for both legs, which I have attached. Please let me know if it needs surgery. I really need relief from pain as it takes a toll on my everyday work.

I have problem of in grown toes for both feet which pains randomly within 3-4 weeks, some ti.e due to water contact , it causes minor septic. I want to permanently get rid of the in grown property of nails. Is there any option to either stop inside growth of nail or cut the nails so that it will never cause pain.

Helo doctor..a month ago i got an street dog bite and went to GH...I got TT and arv schedule of 0 3 7 28... my last dose is scheduled tomorrow (18/11).. but today morning an unknown street dog again came across my bike...,i got an small wound in my leg...i washed 15 mins with soap and water..and the blood stopped after washing...what should I do now...i am really worried much..do i need to start again..is there any active period for vaccination.. please motivate me with some positive words..

Actually what type of pain a person can fell in an incision hernia of abdominal I mean thus it will cause pain to the whole abdomen or just near the incision site and this continues for the whole day or just for a few hours??
