General Surgery

I had gallbladder removal surgery done around 39 days back. Stitches look fine and are healed. But I have slight pain in the abdomen area if I speak loudly sometimes or if I walk a lot - while coughing. My stomach feels bloated even though I am loosing weight. Is It okay to take an extensive trip where hiking, a lot of walking is involved? Also my vit d was 3.5 two and a half month back and I am taking weekly doses for the same and now it is 61+. Some of my friends feel it should be okay for the trip as this was a small surgery but I am still not used to oily or fatty foods which will be out of my control on the trip. Please advise what should I do. Also is the hiked vit d is a problem? Should I keep continuing the coarse or get It shown?

I had this wound 4 months back. But the skin is like this. Is this normal skin? Will it be like this always?

My mother had an elbow wound operated 20 days ago at KIMS but still the skin is not coming and healing is taking much time. Treatment also include 5day VAC therapy. I request available doctors to review this pic and let us know how much time it will take for this to heal. We are no more trusting the KIMS doctor, Dr. Ashwin. We're very concerned and my mom is in mental stress. Please give us your suggestions. Please help.

Is it okay to have pain or triggering pain sometimes after inguinal hernia mesh repair surgery done twice?
