General Surgery

Hi doctor I got my Inguinal Hernia operated on 1st July 2020 it was an open surgery because of ICMR Guidelines there was no Laproscopic surgeries happening that time. It went successful and there was just a normal discomfort as wound was fresh. Its been more than 5 months now but from last few weeks I am feeling discomfort and little bit pain in the Hernia area specially the incision area. There is no such swelling but I feel bit tight and pain at the hernia area I don't feel a mesh now when I touch that area with my hands but sometimes I feel pain. Please guide me is there any serious issues or it is just a normal thing after hernia repair and when can I expect complete comfort ane fine like before hernia?

Hello sir. 26 yrs old boy. Stomach n back pain n semisolid stools since 15 days. Taking lots of medicine but no relief. So we done USG abdomen today. Now on local Dr treatment. Tablet oflox + ornidazol Tablet meftal spas Tablet Rekool Ors sachet. Plz advise medicine sir. This medicine can't help .

From two days Small lump near and out side anus no pain Feeling itching some times If touch burning sensation What need to be done.

I got my surgery on 8 dec 2020 and after 8days i got my staples removed and after 2 days wound get opened and whit fluid comes out. and doctor who did the surgery says stiches got open and he removes internal stiches. now he do dressing on open wound by putting cotton in it and some capsule in it. how many weeks it will take to heal now or should I consult another surgeon. cause i think he did big mistake by not taking proper internal stiches. i dont know should I keep going with the current treatment?

Hi doctor , Since 3 months I am able to see palptation in four Inch above belly button. I did ultrasound to find out any abnormalities but everything is normal in ultrasound. What could be the reason behind visible palptation? My weight is 66 kg I am 26 years old and my height is 6 feet.

Hello doctor...i got an dog bite last week (minute single scratch) in leg and went for GH..i taken TT.. and they prescribed 0 3 7 28 days doses...i have taken 2 doses and I am having balance 2 doses...today morning another one unknown street dog came across while i am driving...it injured my leg...the wound is small and i washed with soap and water... blood stooped immediately after washing...what should i do now?? Im the month of October also i got an street dog bite and at that time also i taken TT and 4 doses im GH..then last week i got wound...but now inbetween the dosages time another street dog wounded... I am really vexed...my thoughts are of full negative ...i am totally feared now.. what should I do now... kindly give some words... thank you in advance

I had a surgery for lipoma which was there in my axilla and after that I have swelling. Is there a medicine which will help reduce this swelling as massage is not helping and it pains while doing the massage.
