There is small hump like growth below on back side of my neck. There is no pain unless i suffer with acidity. Yes, acidity is regular so that hump or puff makes me worried. Oh doctor! I always wanted a slender swan like neck, pardon my short height. But never this hump. What can be the possible reasons behind this growth? I'm suffering from chronic fissure and for past 6 months fissure start to heal then again worsens.(.I'm drinking plenty of water and artificial fiber to avoid constipation.so no constipation for maybe 3 months) I would like to remove posterior skin tag which becomes painful and swelled while fissure worsen.now i found 2 deep Grove like fissure on both side of skin tag ...Can it be removed without affecting fissure,? Also  lump like round thing (looks like an acne )on right anterior opening which is squishy and looks like filled with pus( not sure).It also swells and doctor told it is skin tag (texture is different than other skin tag.so I'm not sure about it).Should I have to remove it?If I removed is there any chance of coming again
