Welcome
Good afternoon
1. Today is 15th post operative day.
2. Abdominal drain is in situ for the last 4 days.
3. Quantity of Pus is less....???( amount)
4. All vitals are OK.
5. Pain occurs when Inj. Dynapar is not given.
Considering all these and if
GC is good,
ABDOMEN is soft, normal, & not distended,
Patient passing Flatus & Motion,
Taking ORALLY, and
No FEVER , then it's a matter of Days.
You should not be worried much.
Thanks
Regards
Next Steps
Can be on complete oral medication and full ambulation is advised
