Vomiting after laparoscopic Appendectomy

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Had laparoscopic appendectomy 3 days back. Today I had abdominal pain and felt like gas trapped and nausea. Haven't passed stool since surgery but have passed some gas today. Talked to my Dr he said nothing to worry about and to eat some pears. But I vomited after dinner. Is it something to be worried about. Please advice.

If your continue to have vomiting I.e more than 2 episodes with abdominal pain immediately visit your doctor. Otherwise vomiting for one time commonly occurs. Walk around and eat some pears, symptoms will reduce. U don't have to worry.
