Stomach surgery
It's been now 5 months after my appendix surgery is it now safe to join a gym or to lift heavy object like 40-50 kgs

Welcome Good evening 1.Wound healing surgical or otherwise goes through four stages. Last two stages are proliferation and maturation. 2. Stage of maturation may be over to 1 year. 3. Then also tensile strength achieved is approximately 80%. So to lift the heavy weight (40-50kgs) abruptly  is not desirable. You should try gradually increasing weights as per your acclimatisation.
