The doctor said that both hernia and appendix will be operated first by appendix and then in hernia please suggest me

Appendix should be removed first.. once this issue is resolved later can go for hernia..  simultaneous surgery should be avoided for better results

See acute appendicitis is an emergency And the diagnosis of appendicitis Is by clinical in adults And USG is the choice in children for diagnosis In ur case first What are the clinical findings Is there Fever Vomiting What about TLC count So this parameter we have to see And Than we have to take decision For surgery Hernia is not emergency U can operate after also Appendicitis if it for abcess Than we don't go for surgery directly We give oschner and sherin regimen So In ur case I would suggest just visit a good surgeon And see as a said Thank you 🤘

It is not ideal to operate for both the conditions at the same time. Better to do appendicectomy alone first.

Go for appendicitis first ,as it has formed abscess , there is always a possibility of mesh getting infected, If it's umbilical hernia, primary closure can be done while doing lap app.
