Pilonidal sinus or fistula in ano
Sir i have an pit just at the gluteal cleft No discharge...mild discomfort and sometimes pain ( not significant) I am hairy male . I have doubt whether it is a pilonidal sinus or fistula in ano Im a PG aspirant preparing for neet so i havent consulted a doctor in live .can u please tell me what is the diagnosis with the image i have attached

It's Pilonidal sinus, Remove hairs maintain hygiene.. Start Antibiotics.. And ultimately Surgery for excision of sinus

Its a Pilonidal sinus and you need to VISIT a surgeon to get it removed. And unless you maintain proper hygiene and shave the area you have chances of it recurring again. Also avoid prolonged activities which involve sitting and driving.

It's a pilonidal sinus with abscess as there is pus discharge please consult a surgeon for further treatment
