I am hairy male . I have doubt whether it is a pilonidal sinus or fistula in ano

Its a Pilonidal sinus and you need to VISIT a surgeon to get it removed.
And unless you maintain proper hygiene and shave the area you have chances of it recurring again. Also avoid prolonged activities which involve sitting and driving.
