What treatment have u undergone for t ???Did u undergo any surgery ?? What are your symptoms ?? Share a picture showing your sinus ...Its better to do a excision of sinus and cover it with a flap...tats what we routinely do...,

Pilonidal sinus is due to peculiar anatomy of certain individuals with extra hairs and propensity to sweat that region. Best treatment is surgey if infection recurs... Any delay will increase in complications .
