Is it true that after hernia surgery a patient can't lift heavy weights throughout life because it can create complications and also increase chances of getting hernia again? And also it is often said that inguinal hernia surgery can also lead to problem of impotency in males. Is that true?

Gall bladder stone 2.8 mm

Gall stone pain , vomit ,nausea for 2 month september to November 2020. The pain was started in October , it diagnosed 4 mm gall stone  and now today I tested again ultrasound and got to know the gall stone size is 2.8mm ... they said that gall stone size is changed everytime when you test ultrasound is it true  ?  Stone size will be change ? and also having 4mm in left kidney stone. So may I go for gall stone. Operation?

Kind of Lump/swelling above sternum

Since last 4 months, my mom is having a lump/ swelling above the sternum which is painful when pressed. This swelling/lump comes and goes and not painful all the time. No other symptoms other than this. She is not diabetic and doesn't have thyroid. She only has acidity problem and frequent headaches.
