I was suffering from navel infection one month ago which is fine now..Now i want to go to gym.. should i wait for some time before going to gym or i can instantly go to gym.

I faced a problem of painful, non-bleeding thrombosed hemorrhoid 5 months ago. Since it was resolving, I was prescribed tablet Zerodol-SP for 5 days and Anovate cream. The pain and inflammation was resolved completely and I have had no problem since then, until recently. There was a recurrence of throbbing pain and inflammation in the area (non-bleeding) since the beginning of this month. I repeated the course of Zerodol-SP (5 days) and Anovate, and after 3 weeks now, the pain has resolved almost completely. But there is a lot of frequent burning and itching in the area (especially after bowels). I can't visit a doctor for now since I am and will be travelling (work related) for a few weeks. Please guide me in resolving this issue completely for now. P.S.: I am sharing old and latest pics of the affected area.

Hello sir/mam.last month accidently my both breasts were burnt due to hot water. I was treated in hospital. As I was lactating. Doc suggest me to take cobgolin 0.5 tab for stopping the milk production. Now I am perfectly all right. Now my question is I again want to lactate my baby. What are the long term side effects of cabergoline. How long after taking drugs Can I breastfeed again. Kya main ab breast feed kabhi nhi krwapaoongi. Plz help.

Hello doctor...a friend of mine got an street dog bite and he went for GH...there they prescribed arv dose on 0 3 7 21 st day... is that dates are fine..b'cz 4 months before i got an arv on 0 3 7 28th day... but yesterday in that GH the doctor mentioned the last dose on 21st day...is that fine... kindly clear my doubt

What is the best treatment for gentiformal neurolgia. I m Suffering from groin pain which was traveling to my sctrom . Consulted with neurologist , urologist no one can diagnose.ct scan and ultrasound are normal as per urologist.no lums or swelling in groin area. Consulted with pain management dr she has provisnal diagnosis that it can be gentiformal neurolgia.

My sigmoidoscopy report says the following way Seen till distal descending colon.single column grade 1 internal hemorrhoids present. Fissure in ano. Rest of the colonic mucosa appearance normal till distal descending colon. Impression:internal hemorrhoids, fissure in ano. . I'm appearing for defense exams in which physical checking will be there. Can I go for laser surgery (because the fissure keeps on repeating). Will it recurr ,if I go for laser surgery, please explain the pros and cons of this procedure

Day before yesterday night when I was sleeping ant bite on the hand normal swelling on the hand but today's night swelling increases on hand and pain is also there.

Hi , I am planning to get rhinoplasty next year , but I am really scared about the side effects , I have seen people complaining that they have permanently lost sensation in there nose or there nose tingles all the time . They can't breathe or smell properly . Is rhinoplasty safe and if yes is there any chances that even after successful surgery i might run into complications even after taking due precautions.

Hello Doctor, My mother in law has a sore which was in red colour and it was like a red bubble and it has been present since last 5 years and now all of us sudden the same bubble size has been increased ( P.F.A the image FYR) Can you tell us what is this and what are the next step? What is the meaning of this usg report and what is the treatment. Report attached. A well defined lobulated heteroechoic  retroperitoneal mass lesion with  irregular surface seen in pre tracheal region  and precaval region posterior to pancreas.
