Why is it always told that open surgery is better for inguinal hernia repair than laparoscopic surgery?

Hi doctor,my grand ma's health (age 78) . she had undergone gallbladder removal surgery on last September 4th.  and she went through a lot aftr that. it took so much time to heal n now also suffering from hernia. now its been 7 months now suddenly pus has formed in 3 places on the incision. what should we do? is it serious? or we can treat in now itself? should we reach hospital? is it emergency?

My mother has broken his tibia and get surgery 3years back bcoz of some region she can't be removal the rod is there any problem bcoz of late

White Fungal infection between toes from last 8-10 days and skin got hard and there is alos paim during waking and intense pain on touching.

My sister age is 42 years, she is diabetic (taking pills), she suffering from gallbladder stone. Doctors have suggested her for removal of gallbladder as she has to face frequent pains. Is gallbladder removal necessary for her?? What r the side effect of same?? What r the other options??

Exact investigation "Breast biopsy with placement of breast localisation device - stereotactic guidance". Is this biopsy treatment available in India? How much would it cost here? Thank u in advance
