General Surgery

Recently i have done colonoscopy and the report is normal .ct scan report shows loaded colon,no other annormalities are noticed.endoscopy shows antral gastritis.. I also have a problem of constipation from a long 9 months. Atpresent my problem is i have a pain near and around naval area right and left side regularly..what is the cause of this pIn?is this indicates any small bowel problem??is it serious?what can i do now?as i have performed almost all tests but no cure of this naval area pain..please guide me what can i do now.

I have back side neck pain scanned reported that small sub centimeter occipital lymph node noted toward right side of size 10*4mm no collection no mass thyroid normal

After10 days of lap appendectomy 30ml of collection is drained out by drainage pipe . They told it is called VIP Syndrome . What is VIP Syndrome?

My wife had lap appendectomy 10 day before, now she is having pain on that place . I done USG in that some collection is occur, after consulting that surgeon . He put drainage pipe with Usg guided and giving high antibiotics Inj Piperacillin and Tazobactum . I am bit confused whether it will completely drained out and cured or have to do some other process for the treatment .

My wife had appendectomy 10 days back by laparoscopic and I came home on 3 day of operation after discharge. Her pain is started pretty high after a week and the pain killers are not working. Her whole belly is bloated and very tender. She is also shivering. Not sure if this is normal or if I should admit her again

I am having very abdominal pain since 4-5days .... Actually I went through Appendectomic surgery in 2018 ... I got treated by appendicitis but from a couple of days ... I was getting very pain full ... And went to a local surgeon specialist and he advised me CBC and COMPLETE URINE EXAMINATION...and also  USG ... And the USG showed me sand particles in left kidney .... And the pain persists ... after continuous medications ..

My mother,46, gets frequent headaches. It's not new. She has them for years now. They Occur at 7-8 pm and get better after sleeping. She avoids taking disprin. What can we do about them?

After 10 days of laproscopic cholecystotomy ,patient take mutton soup and have the symptoms like headache , dizziness ,initiation of vomiting , Then patient take some citrus water and head massage to get relief through it . Plz suggest any other treatment as this happen with my sister 🙏

Hello sir, My father m 58 yrs he is suffering from cellutits but after ankle debrigement wonds now looks dry but some white skin is there on. So plz advise me what to do.. Antibiotics completed 3 months now.. TLC -10000, Esr -0.08 mm, hbaic -6.7. Today sugar test done fasting -102, PP -140.. So wonds pic attached now.. Pls sir advise me white skin when goes now, and antibiotics continue mandatory or not..
