General Surgery

I have one query regarding rectal prolapse. I have complete rectal prolapse. I have my medicals for army scheduled after some days. In medical they will check for piles and ask me to cough. While doing so my rectum does not prolapse as i had tried it. Will he be able to understand it? Even if it does not comes out?

The uterus is adherent to the LSCS scar limiting the urinary bladder inferior to it. Few of the pelvic ileal loops are also adherent to anterior abdominal wall .Adhesions are seen between the uterus and the rectosigmoid A small incisional hernia is seen in the midline in the infraumbilical  region containing a part of the pelvic ileal loop Submucous fat deposition is seen in the colon and distal ileum

I am suffering from full thickness rectal prolapse and planning to undergo stapler process using trrpcs method. I want to know the recurence rate. Also many says that after surgery there will always be complications because its not natural but repaired artificially. Also will i be able to join army after undergoing surgery because i always wanted to  join army.

Hello Doctor, I had surgery for fistula on January 8th 2021. My wound got healed completely on February 27th 2021. Today I observed a small hole at surgery site (no pus drainage).Out of fear I consulted my surgeon immediately he said "skin is fragile so there is a tear in the skin nothing to worry it's absolute normal".. I am confused,does this happen with every case after surgery?? Is this normal??  Please help

It's been now 5 months after my appendix surgery is it now safe to join a gym or to lift heavy object like 40-50 kgs

From the last 3 days my father is having some pain in left shoulder and he feel some numbness too. When he take rest it gets normal, when he do some normal work he has a pain. He is a pre-diabetic patient too. Should the symptoms shows some serious condition or something else??. Please guide me.

Hi I had undergone cesarean for my 2nd baby and also done with tubical aligation but I had bleeding for only 6 days after surgery tat too in little quantity is it normal? Or m I having some problem please please help me with this sir/mam Thanks in advance
