Hi doctor, one quick question. Does ct scan of chest taken during covid covers all lymph node from.neck to armpits scan also?? One month back , ct Report says lymphadenopathy as absent. So does it mean all lymph node of neck and armpit are normal??

Hi! I have this big looking chest from my childhood, I was heavy with 100kg 10years back. That's when I started doing exercise and now I weight 70kg but still I didn't lose fat in chest area. As I googled I came to know about this gynecomastia and read that only surgery can help to overcome this. My question is, is it safe to do this surgery and will this reoccur again. Is there any complication after this surgery. It is really embarassing if I had to remove my shirt when I'm in a group. Need specialist advice!

Hello doctor We are working in an NGO and currently on the weekends we have an project to feed street dogs during this summer. We are advised to take an arv shots on government hospital...and we have taken 4 shots i.e. 0 3 7 28... My query is for how many days these vaccine will be effective in our body.b'cz though we will handle as we trained .. but unfortunate we may get scratched through dogs..
