My sigmoidoscopy report shows proctiti and piles grade 2...what i want to know that what is proctitis?is it indicates ibd?iam really very tensed as moreover i have around naval area pain.plz let me know doctor what is it??i have done ct scan which shows loaded colon,no other abnormalities,do i need to do a colonoscopy?is i necessary for me to do it?plz guide me doctor.

I have gastritis with erosion,piles grade 2 and loaded colon problem(according to ct scan).i an taking laxatives regularly y lax a homeopathy medicine in bedtime but no result is there i have piles with bleefing.previously i had used crenaffin plus pruvict ,sorbitol ,softovac,movicol,pegmove etc. But no permanent cure is there...i also have colon pain.can this pain and bloody stool associated with ibd or cancer?or it is ibs c?what is the reason of this colon pain?how can i get rid of piles ?(i eat fruits and veggis on regular basis and 4 litres of water but alas.. )

I had fissures operation last week but I think I am having puss in my dressing pads Is it possible for puss to be there after operation Or is it just my thinking
