General Surgery

Hello ... I met with an accident and got 5dissolvable stitches on my upper lip and 2 on lower lip , it has been almost 20 days but the stitches are not dissolved. Doctor said they will get dissolve maximum in 15-20 days. In the lower lip , I got two stitches from inside and I can see that the thread is popping out and they are covered with skin . Is that normal, should I wait for them to fully dissolve or do I have to get them cut by a surgeon. Thanks !

Mu doctor suggested me few antibiotic medicines for 1 week.. But I am using that antibiotic medicines for 10 days..Doctor suggested me to use only one week.but I am using from 10 days Does it cause any trouble to our body. Please give me your valuable answers

Please help ! My grandfather was fit and fine until last week he suddenly had high bp and was unable to walk so we rushed him to hospital there they knew nothing and now hes unable to write properly and he speaks but low and he is unable to have food he eats liquids and he is unable to control urination please help i want to make his life easy what can i do or what medications can i give ? He has varicose veins problem and its non treatable ! I really wanna help him to live a comfortable life as much as possible and now recently he is unable to sleep on his back

I m having low s. Ferritin of 4% and hb is 9.6 . I consulted to gastroenterologist as I m having dull stomach pain and generalised weakness, leg pain so after iron profile he prescribed me iron supp. Before supplement my hb was 10.7 but after supp. It is 9.6 and not going up. Was getting frequent stomach infection and UTI after getting typhoid Or else I was having 11.9 hb. And it affects my ADL as due to low iron profile I m getting severe PMS symptoms so what should be the cause for low iron profile whatever supp. I m taking it didn't work.

Can I use mtp kit for medical abortion without doctor consultation. Could you please suggest how take those pills or how to use mtp kit

Two months ago I had surgery for gall stones, I have had no problems but yesterday I saw yellow pus in one of the corner of the incision (in the photo). It dried up in the night itself n I applied the Sodium Fusiate Spray after that ... Shud I consult the surgeon who did the surgery (as I stay at a remote location), or is it a common thing. I do not have fever or anything else.

From the last 7 days i felt that i have an extreme itchy that i cant help,and painful anus.i even cant sit or walk properly due to this pain and itching.i also want to add that i have gastritis problem and constipation too.please give me your advise. Can smuth oinment prevent this itching?please tell me the name of tge appropriate oinment.

I'm currently taking anti rabies vaccine , I was vaccinated 3 years, today I took covishield in my left arm and anti rabies vaccine vaccine on my right arm, is it fine?hopefully both are effective but whatever happens I want rabies vaccine to be effective I don't mind if covishield vaccine will be ineffective
