I had fissures operation yesterday so I had no pain in hospital but today I am having unbearable pain in anus Is it common or not And yeah I think because of anesthesia I am having back pain cause it was regional anaesthesia in back So what to do

The antibiotics completed as on date given below -: Tab cetil 500mg for 5 days Tab sansiclav 625 mg for 14 days Tab linox 600mg for 14 days Tab Azithral 500mg for 14 days Tab Augmenting 625 mg for 14 days Tab milcef 500 mg for 10 days Tab clid 300 mg for 10 days Tab linox 600 mg for 5 days Last operation on ankle done was 13Nov 2020. So plz advise me process is good or not... Tab Temsan CT 40 for BP continue Tab Glyree MV1 for diabetes continue..

Is there any other option than surgery for gynaecomastia? M in jaipur Rajasthan Any medication or last therapy? Regards

Hi ,I have found small lump in umbilical cord so I got scanned and in ultrasound they said umbilical abscess and it's not deep  so my doctor drained the abscess it was filled with pus and sent to lab but the report tells that there is no organisms found in pus cells.but what could be the reason for this abscess in my umbilical cord if abscess and pus formed is not bcz of bacteria? After drainage pus size lump size got reduced little but still lump is there what could be the reason for not reducing lump size ? Or how many days it will take to reduce? I don't have any pain or fever ? please suggest me your thoughts on this problem
