Allergies after taking AKT 4
After gall stone micro surgery port infection occurred. Fluid culture confirmed acid positive bacteria occasionally found. 6 weeks Amikacin (1g) & Crixan 500 taken. Not properly responded. Taking AKT 4. Facing high allergy. Taking Allegra 180, but not curing. Please suggest.

It will need regular dressing for some more days. In case if it is not healing then local exploration of port site may be needed. Please do visit to your operating surgeon.
