In my right foot toe there is swelling and pain. Nail grown inside the skin. What to do and suggest the treatment.

Gall stone pain , vomit ,nausea for 2 month september to November 2020. Since last 4 months, my mom is having a lump/ swelling above the sternum which is painful when pressed. This swelling/lump comes and goes and not painful all the time. No other symptoms other than this. She is not diabetic and doesn't have thyroid. She only has acidity problem and frequent headaches.
