Mild scrotal pain

Mild scrotal pain

I am having mild scrotal pain especially when I am wearing some tight underwear. I have to adjust it. Earlier this was not the case. My doctor told to do a ultrasound and everything is normal. I want to know why is this pain then and will it fix on its own? I have attached my ultrasound report here.

Due to tight fitting innerwear , it is causing pressure on your testis. Avoid wearing tight fitting undergarments. If symptoms persists consult your local doctor to get a urine routine done.
