My mother was having mild pain the right lower abdomen so we did USG.. Few ecogenic foci are noted in the lumen largest measuring 5.5 mm likely calculi.. Cholestorisis changes are seen in the wall.. Bilateral mild raised renal corcital echoes seen.. Left simple renal cyst.. What does this mean? I am worried.. Is this serious? Can she eat medicines for this and be alright?

Can any surgeon look at the attached pictures? I have this growth in my outer rectum since many months... I had MRI in august which revealed healed fissure but it keeps discharging mucus still!
