I'm having swelling often occurs in armpit and neck in the past eight months. Sometimes the swelling happens behind the ears also. I want to know the exact reason

Hi.. Earing little inside from front side in ear lobe. With minor cut in from front side of ear can help get that out of ear. She is still wearing ear ring but from front side its little in the ear lobe. Whom to consult dermatologist or ent or general surgeon or general physician. I have attached photo.

Hello doctors, Please let me know how to reduce this type of side effecfs because after washroom it starts itching and pinching for few mins and goes ... I have a small inguinal hernia on the right side ( ~ 8 mm) that I'd like to fix using a procedure that doesn't use a mesh implant. Desarda ( which is basically a tissue graft) seem to be a good choice as research has shown its results to be comparable to mesh repair. I sometimes feel pain between my breasts area. I have fibroadenoma. I do not have any heart related problem. I was taking primosa 1000 and still take evion 400. How long can I take primosa? Earlier doctor advised me to take it for 6 months. Can I continue taking this medicine?
