Hi doctor, I am having Medici course of provisional IBS from 1 month. I am taking colospa tablet, antaacidr, and probiotics since 1 month I did two blood test , one abdominal ultrasound sound and stool complete analysis. First blood report was on 9th March. Lal were normal expect crp was 12 along with elevated lft value. I repeated my blood report on 20th April . All came normal expect crp went to 13 and lft values came down. HB was 15.3 in first CBC and it is 14.2 in last CBC. Is this crp increase ask for colonoscopy ?? Is this crp increase could be due to medicine course ?? Please suggest. I am hypochondria anxities paitent.

I had gerd hiatus hernia from 8 months. Iam taking tablets since then.5days back my doctor changed medicines cintapro and nexpro and iam taking both at a time at morning before food and night before food.and also he gave nexito plus for relaxing mind. But from three days i had stomach pain in upper middle part whole day it's not decreasing. iam unable to drink water after meals because of my stomach tightness and pain after meals. And also diarrhea 2times a day from 3 days with upper stomach pain. What should I do?

I got my blood peripheral smear examination result which mentioned " Normocytic Normochromic blood picture" What does it means ?

History of h pylori infection lipase level is 134 normal range is 0 to 64 half stool is normal half greacy and floating. No stomach pain. CT scan reports are normal please see the attached reports google says it can be the pancreatic cancer i am really worried about this..please answer .😔😔

Hi, I started doing gym last, i was untrained ,I did it continuously for 2 days..my whole body started aching ,I was unable to walk and sit, .one week later after doing the gym I randomly tested for sgpt alt it came as 99. my muscle still aches .Is high sgpt level  due to muscle injury .??
