Today i went for 2 nd endoscopy ugi and the report says no ulcer it's been cured but since few days my abdomen is burning like anything don't know why it's heating up i am taking antacid but still same issues

I have been suffering from liver disease frequently whenever I eat something oily food suddenly feeling like liver stop working, continuous lose motion, suddenly high weakness, yellow urine Feeling like Energyless, then I start very simple food then after conditions start becoming normal, But generally stool comes in liquid form, This problem occurs frequently with me, LFT & CBC report showing normal, little bit pain happening in my lower part of stomach continuous, Please tell what types of another test should I do for this problem? Ultrasound is necessary or not?, and any other test which can give complete internal info related this problem? Is hepatitis B vaccine is necessary for me? Should I take this? Please read above all whatever I have written, understand my problem and suggest me best suggestion?? 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you!

1.5 months ago histoy of h pylori infection successfully treated . but that time my lipase was high - 134 normal range was - 0 to 64 Amilase was normal gastrointrologist said its non significant Right now my half stool is normal and half is GREACY and FLOATING No stomach pain .or back pain CT scan reports are normal i have attached reports plz see.. google says it can be a pancreatic cancer i am really worried. please answer. 😔
