My stool is normal but when I force my stool to come out white muscus come out but in natural time it normal its only happen when without motion i go to bathroom for stool is this normal sir

Do not go washroom if nothing you feel. Plenty of water and high fibre diet. Looking like normal but if persist then need evulation
