A gastroenterologist told me that you have ibs D and prescribed me refagut 550 and ibset 5 mg...and isab gol ...no cure but after trying ayurvedic now the ibs D stopped and no diarrhoea...what happened to me ...but the weakness is there

Since 3 weeks I feel heaviness in stomach n chest... I feel tired n dizzy.. I feel gas is trapped inside which I find difficult to pass. I am eating medicines but not getting better.. I had usg abdomen which showed fatty liver changes grade 1.. doc said rest all fine- no swelling anywhere... What shud I do?? I had endoscopy 2 years ago as I have gerd since long n it was okay

Hii, I am suffering from internal haemohorroids from a long time.Now I am suffering from symptoms like loss of appetite, weight loss,going to washroom again and again,flat stool, occassionly lower back pain.So I consulted a gastro doctor in Patna.And he performed UGIE and Colonoscopy.But it was nearly normal. I am also a patient of anxiety from almost 7 years. Googling symptoms is giving me nightmare.I am worried a lot.What should I do? Sometimes I feel like I have very less time to live. CBC-Normal SGPT/SGOT-Elevated

My father Recently got pain in whole stomach , we found that he got a multiple gall bladder stone and cbd stone i.e of 4mm. inflamation his amylase level were 1739 at that time and bilirubin were more than 2 , in MRCP at that time it show that MPD is mildy dilated i.e 4mm in diameter ...we did a CA 19-9 i.e 208 u/ml . now after 7 days he doesn't have any pain in stomach, motion is good and bilirubin is 0.83 , amylase is 80 and CA 19-9 is 80 ( it's done when bilirubin was 1.27 ) Please suggest me what should we do and is there anything to worry about? Please.

Due to severe gas problem husband had done endoscopy and colonoscopy on last day, and in the result of endoscopy it is mentioned as antral erythema detected, (Biopsy RUT taken is negative and all the colonoscopy results are normal), , attached report for endoscopy. Is there is any problem in the result? What is this antral erythema and any treatment required

I was suffering from repeated loose motions and constant  upper abdomen pain from 2 months now i was admitted for a day which came down a taking redotil and kencef antibiotics ,this repetitive after a week again same if I take eldoper it stops for a while and when I start normal diet it starts again I also saw a gastroenteroligist he has given me rifagut for 3 days and asked to do a stool test after taking thus tab I am having incontinence I have to rush to washroom my life has turned upside-down since March it's effecting my social life pls suggest my blood test were normal

I had severe acidity couple of months ago, now I'm dealing with small burps every couple of hours throughout the day and alot of gas buildup as well which also leads to stomach growling sounds.
