Hi im 25 years old and unmarried. These are my reports. Blood urea nitrogen is 5.21 . Alkaline phosphatase is 132. 32 . Lymphocytes is 45.3 . Creatinine is 0.54 . Is it something serious ?

Sir, I have ibs from 2.5 yrs ,is it possible to get liver disease from ibs or bad digestion due to this because i m suffering from liver inflammation and altered liver function as sgpt 71 and shot-44 rest is within limit from very long time despite no sugar no blood pressure no cholesterol except slight increase in VLDL , no alcohol ...on the other hand one of radiodiagnost has done my shear wave elastography amd ask me to drink 7 glass water 15-20 min before elastography and hence my stiffness came 8.4 ..impression was moderate to seveare fatty liver with stiffness 8.4 kpa? Does 5 GLASS WATER INTAKE 20 MIN BEFORE ELASTOGRAPHY increase stiffness in results??

My endoscopy report shows i have h pylori positive and antral gastritis.doctor gives me pantocid hp,somporaz-d and diovol- LA. i have completed this medicine course..but my gastritis is not healing..after i take heavy meal feeling little burning sensation in upper abdomen and feeling something stuck in my throat.so what should i do no?

Hi doctor, I am going through treatment of bowel issue since last one month. I am antibiotics, antaacidr and probiotics along with colospa for IBS. I did first blood report on 9th match aand crp was 12. I did CBC again today and crp is 13. HB was 15.6 on 9th March and 14.6 today. All other parameters are normal like CBC esr and lft and stool complete analysis including stool occutal is normal. I have done ULTRASOUND abdominal and it showed only fatty liver. Please suggest if i need more test . Now, my stool consistency is normal and i juts go to motion 2-3 times in day. I am hypochondria anxities from 2 years. Please suggest

Sir my boy is 5 year old he had cough so on 13 and 14 we gave him zifi 100 an antibiotic and 1 cough medicine but sir my problem is I noticed his stool contain very little mucus in it is the mucus because of zifi 100 or it is present in everybody stool normally please tell We gave him medicine on 13 and 14 and today is 20 today also very little mucus is there in his stool not much very little only that's why I am asking is it because of medicine or it is normal present in stool that I had not noticed earlier only noticed on 15  and after Please tell

Hi, Whenever I pass stool, a soft lump also pops out from my anus. I then have to push it back to make it inside after passing the stool. It's not painful, but sometimes I feel some itch and discomfort especially when I don't pass stool. I haven't seen any blood so far over there. Sometimes I do get constipated as I have IBS. I am worried it may get painful someday in future. Do I have to start treatment for it? Please suggest, thanks.

Since One and half year backI am having lower left abdomen pain,on that time I had endoscopy and colonoscopy and the results are normal but last two weeks pain is moderately high and again I go to hospital and doctor did endoscopy and doctor told that you have small antrum ulcer because of hpylori infection and he gave antibiotics for two weeks and ultrasound abdomen also did in that all things are normal but pancreas obscured by bowel gas is the report, but my lower left abdomen pain is still there,please help me...

Hi My father got a pain few days back at that time he got a pain in abdomen and back So we admit him in the hospital got acute pancreatitis due to bile duct stones and multiple stones in gall baldder after that doctor do some test in that test we find a jaundice , and cbd stone 4mm and multiple stone in gall bladder His full abdomen swells Lipase were 520 and amylase were 1739 and sugar is 219 , bilirubin is 2.20 after that they do test everyday in which we saw everything is come to nearly normal so today 20/04/2022 (after 3 days) Reports are bilirubin is 1.58 Serum amylase is 80 Fasting sugar is 89 ( doctor stop to check sugar as it always comes to normal) doctor advised to do ERCP for bile duct stone removal and check for MPD dilation on head , neck and proximal body i.e 4mm in measure I'm worry about it. Please tell me Please
