Hi doctors I am facing issue where i am getting curd kind stool mix with solid.kind. early morning stool is fine but if I go 2 nd time then it comes as fix. I am anxious paitent and always get anxious of any illness. I met GP and he prescribed rabidom and frutobat . I am taking 1-0-0 before food since 4 days. Stool was normal in last day but again I got same curd like stool mix with solid when went 2nd time in a day. I am really scared for any deadly disease. Please suggest

I had a gastric after drinking 5-6 glass of water I throwed up coffee bean like substance. Please reply fast

I've been having pain in the right side of my abdomen and burning sensation in my lower back. I've been eating boiled food for months now since that's what several doctors prescribed because most of the reports came out normal. But my issues return as soon as I stop taking these medicines even with boiled food. I also spend a lot of time sitting which worsens the pain. Is it okay to take these medicines regularly?

3 weeks ago I had severe upper stomach pain. I did scan. Doctor told gall bladder mild enlarged(5mm). From then I started eating more fruits, buttermilk. Doctor also prescribed some antibiotics. I did LFT. It was normal. Now the pain has gone. My question is I won't eat much oily food or spicy food. My mistake is I used to skip breakfast and have direct lunch at 11. May be this is the cause for the pblm. Pls suggest what diet is to be taken for gall bladder inflammation. Also will I get this pblm back in future?

I have done a live function test Sgpt 22 Sgot 23 Alkaline phosphate 116(<130) Bilirubin total -1.6.(<1.2) Direct bilirubin -0.53 I have no obvious symptoms now. Is the bilrubin is high or any alarming?

My brother is suffering from Chronic pancreatitis. So, he is undergoing frequent medical treatment like painkillers, antibiotics, gastric medicines etc . Now , everytime its nurses find difficult to find his veins for injecting any medicines . So many pores in hands , legs everywhere .. Recently got tests done, with below result Total Bilirubin- 1.22 Direct Bilirubin - 0.19 Indirect bilirubin- 1.03 SGPT - 184 SGOT - 87 I don't have any symptoms as such, though my wanted intake has reduced a lot. I do daily exercise as well. Alcohol consumption every week is about 500ml. Is this due to alcohol? Any lifestyle changes that can help normalise these levels?

Hi, A friend of mine who is a female of 28 years suffered from pain in the upper right side of abdomen area in the left side. On tests it was detected she had stones in her Gall Bladder which was adviced to be removed. She Underwent Laparoscopic cholecystectomy on 12-02-2022. However a week after the surgery her chest pains were back. She currently has jaundice and chest pain. And was adviced MRCP to detect obstruction in the bile duct. Was diagnosed with choledocholithiasis on 27-02-2022. Have been advised an ERCP procedure to resolve the issue of obstruction. However, would like some detail on if any stents would be use for the procedure, what are the chances of it or why it should or shouldn't be used. Attaching her reports for your reference.
