Since 3 days I am facing diarrhoea and having both normal colur diarrhoea and black diarrhoea ... What to do now

I had undergone blood test and my Blood Sugar Fasting (116.4 mg/dl) & lipase 90 mg/dl. I had my gall bladder removed 3 yr back. Last couple of days have excessive urination,thrust,back pain,insomania. I am worried is it pancreatitis? What medication shall i take. ? Thank you

My father's colonoscopy was done 4 days ago and the  report states that 'a tight bend at 70cm'. What does it mean? Is it normal?

I have stomach erosions and i have been recommended to not let my stomach empty. My question is how often should I eat ? Every one hour or two hours ? I am taking PPIs too.

Hi doctor, I am on medicines of antibiotics , antacids and probiotics for my stomach IBS ( provisional diagnosed). Now, after 5 days of Medicine, i am seeing hard stool which is dark brown . I pick small pieces of stool in hand and checked. It was dark brown. I have black chickpea yesterday along with ladies finger I only face gastric issue in lower Abdominal. I am attaching today stool pic. It is hard and pebble Could this be blood or due to food i have taken ?? Please guide. I did my ultrasound 2 weeks back along with CBC last month. All parameters were normal.

Around a week ago I found blood in the toilet, after sprayed water the stool seemed normal and then till the next day my stool was dark green. Now I see red spot in my stool some times (in pics). I am also having frequent burping since June when I got constipation after my first dose.

I am a 52 year old male, taking NEXPRO 40, now 20, one tablet every night, for the last 11 years. If I don't take the tablet I have severe acidity. The diagnosis, 11 yrs ago, was "GE junction is lax". Is there any way I can get rid of this tablet and still not get heartburn. Please advise.
