I am a vegetarian, i eat fish during winter months. So in on 25th Jan i ate fried fish late night. Next day i felt my stools are not passing and felt discomfort. I had water and took isabgol. It got clear but at a slow pace. I didn't face any problem for 10 days. After this i had rajma and same thing happened again. I again had isabgol and duphalac syrup 10ml and it got clear again. Sometimes it happens with milk or maida or paneer, to be honest i am not able to track it. I do not have pain or any acidity. I just feel discomfort and pressure in my lower abdomen and when i pass stools i feel better. It's not that i am constipated completely. I pass stools everyday but sometimes i feel i need to pass more, like i am not satisfied. And when i am not able to pass stools properly i feel gassy whole day. I am not able to understand if this is constipation or IBS-c.. Should i take Normaxin rt? is there any permanent cure for this? it's affected my personal and social life. please help.

What is the Difference between IBS-c and Occasional Constipation? Sometimes i feel my bowels are not getting empty properly and i feel gassy because of that. But i don't have any pain. I just have lower abdomen pressure due to incomplete bowels. Is it IBS-c or Occasional constipation?

I am always feeling tired and full,got no appetite plus cramps around my abdomen though I am not on my periods.What do you think is my problem?

Hello, I used to take amlodipine 5mg which used to cause significant dyspepsia, gas. Now my doctor changed it to cilnidipine. I am still worried. Does cilnidipine also cause such issues?

I am suffering from hiatus hernia and gerd since 1 year my symptoms are  constant upper abdominal dull pain,no feeling to eat,weakness, physically inactive,no sleep at night,how to get rid out from these symptoms.I didn't observe any reflex symptoms. I lost weight upto 15 kgs i don't know why it happened?How to get rid out of these symptoms.iam little bit scared about barrets esophagus because I heard that it came for those who are suffering with hiatus hernia and gerd.I also attached my endoscopy report.what is the permanent solution of this problem?

I was having morning Naseau , no pain , no indigestion no bloating . Doc advised me for UC a single stone in GB was discovered. It gives me more of mental anxiety than any physical discomfort. Is surgery recommended ? I am sick thinking, i don't want surgery , wanna try alternative treatments but that's also not giving me confidence. What should I do

Doctor said i have mild jaundice (bilirubin 2.2) symptoms so i completely cut of in oil and spice. From past 2 days I'm eating cucumber, watermelon, pomegranate, watery soaked rice with saag (3 times in meal). Drinking lot of water and sometimes glucose. Today i'm having different looking greasy stool. Is it because of my diet or something else please suggest. I have added a photo.
