Suffering from Stomach ache, bloating, acidity and gas Also had 2-3 vomits at night Not feeling well

Sir/Madam. I have a problem of vitamin b 12 Deficiency. My doctor said to take vitamin b12 injections. Is there a diet plan,so that  I can live a my daily routine.

My brother is suffering from sore throat and infection in tounge and mouth. Done the test SGPT is 550 and SGOT is 450. Need help

Doctor, My grandmother had a bypass surgery in 2014. And now, She is facing gastric problems now mostly in the upper body. Most of the times she has gas in the chest area ,due to this she faces heart jitter(dil ghabrana). And she says the the gas travels in the upper body . Some times in the head, due to which she has headaches almost everyday. And gas travels in the ear too due to which she is suffering from tinnitus now. She is also consuming medication for depression and Anxiety (Tab. Nexito 5). Her gastric problems are not cured and she is very sensitive to the medication, she faces these problems almost everyday I Kindly request you to please suggest something for her and what can we do her as a home remedy or any exercise. Hi doctor, I am facing following issues since 2 month: 1. Loose stool ( consistency like cow dung. Soft) 2. Sometime water in between. 3. Heavy bloating after any meal. 4. Feeling like going loo always. Feel better after passing loo. 6. Gud gud sound near right lower adnominal. 7. Lots of burping ( it is there since many years) There is no pain in abdominal , no clear blood in stool. I have tried antibiotics, probiotic or Medici to stop loose motion. Issue goes way when take medicine but comes back later. I did CBC,ESR, CRP AND LFT AND Abdominal ultrasound. Everything is clear. I am really stresse and tensed with this. Whenever I google these symtoms, it says either colen cancer or stomach cancer. Please help me. I am tried. Please suggest. I have written my symptoms 100% correct. I am having IBS problem suddenly dunno what triggered it...I do overthink a lot in the past 3-4 months n get anxious easily...so anxiousness is the cause for my IBS.. I am not able to figure out which food is causing issue for me cz I feel it gets digested...but I am having bloating n cramps along with that constipation... Is overthinking stress the main reason? How to eliminate all those symptoms ...kindly suggest

Hello sir/ma'am, Is gall bladder polyp size 15*8 mm(according to ultrasonography report) normal?...no symptoms no pain nothing till now Should I worry about it? Or it requires removal?
