Kindly suggest what us the problem and what specialist to consult as the patient is confused about whome to consult, presently suffering from vomiting, gastric issues and difficulties in bending.

I used to consume alcohol 4 times per week. I also feel discomfort near liver and fatigue. Is this a cirrhosis? Can this be reversed?

2nd March 2022 fatty pancreas and grade 2 fatty liver with enlargement of 16.3 cm detected in ultrasound. *complaints* :- dark stool with lots of undigested food particles in stool since November 2021 used to have digestive problems since few years (diarrhoea or undigested food particles but it usually resolves on its own) fatigue heaviness in upper right abdomen and slight pain sometimes frequent burps *blood test* *cbc* all normal other than rbc -slightly less than normal LFT - alt 56, alp -181 other normal thyroid normal lipid - Hdl 32 , others normal HbA1c normal bp normal kft normal non alcoholic used to eat outside food frequently what should we do next ? is this a very serious problem? he is currently walking and taking normal diet .trying to loose weight. any other test required? he feels weak . what is cause of undigested food in stool?

In 2012 i was diagnosed with gerd. Same year once i took small amount of alchohol(hardly 1 or 2 peg) and nonveg. Next day i felt burning feeling in urine and 3 to 4 times i had blood in my urine,colur of urine was pink in that day,i took some syrup and meditions from a medical shop that day and problem get removed.after that i never took alchohol since 2020. After 2020 occasionaly i started taking alchol in 5 to 6 months gap.From last week i had blood in my stool so i visited hospital and i am diagonosed with hemorriods. Today i found blood in my urine also. Color of urine was light red. Kindly give some needful suggestion.I am very annoyed and afraid.

Headache, weight loss, tiredness and heartburn! Low B12, Undigested food in stool, even the vegetables are seen in stool,semi diarrhea, need to go to the toilet as soon as food is consumed, Occasional drinking ( beer) , spicy foods!

Hi doctor I am facing some issue in passing stool since more than 1 month. Here are symtoms : 1. I had first loose stool( not diahera...just loo se stool like curd consistency. Yellow color) on 11th Feb. Then it was normal till 16th Feb and again started. Now i am seeing soft stool along with curd like sometime. 2. I most of the time feel like going loo. 3. I feel after passing loo 4. I am feeling bloated after eating any meel. 5. My stool color is either dark brown or yellow. I am only facing these symtoms. I am hypochondria anxities paitent and i am really scared if something serious has happened to me. There is no blood in stool or while passing stoolor any pain in stomach . Only feel heaviness. I did my CBC, crp, esr , lft and abdominal ultrasound. All are normal expect fatty liver grade 1. My life is hell due to this feeling. I am 100% accurate in my symtoms. Does it tell that i may have colon cancer ? There is no history of cancer in my family.

My mother is 63 years , she is having heaviness after eating food and burping but after taking rifagut I am feeling better . How long can I take rifagut tablet ?Inhave gallstones as well. My doctor prescribed this medicine.Earlier few days back I took this medicine then again felling of heaviness and burping started , so I can started again
