2. Try and Avoid oily and spicy food , Specially Avoid Red Chilly
3. Increase fibre in take in Diet , Increase salad , Fruits
4. if You have Constipation ( Hard Stools ) , Add Stool Softer Syp Duphalac 30 ml At Bed time and titre it accordingly

Tab Sompraz L Twice a day
ANORELIEF Ointment at Anus 4 times a day
SITZ Bath ( Warm Water fomentation /Dipping of Anus Region for 5 minutes 3 times a day
Tab Daflon 1000 mg twice a day for 7 days
